Winter 2009
All hands are on deck to roll out our Custom Home package at the first of the year. We will build on your lot or find one to fit your needs and budget.
Sales are in training to assist you with our preferred lenders on all of the lender changes beginning January 1, 2010.
Fall 2009
Lee is starting up production in Charlestown with about 30 lots left. If you have not visited us in a while, come by and take a look at some of our changes. We have added the stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops, engineered hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen, upgraded trim packages and knock down ceilings just to name a few.
Summer 2009
We are finishing up the last lots at The Cottages at Charlestown. All lots are currently sold out, but please visit us at Charlestown.
Winter 2007
Our Developing Company and Developer Jeff West have been working hard on finalizing the covenants and plat for Legacy Park, our newest neighborhood, which is located off from the Perry Bypass by Perry Middle School. Legacy Park will open in January 2008. Wes Williams is bringing back an all brick neighborhood in Phase 1 with a 1700 sq ft minimum and all the trimmings of a CW Williams neighborhood. We have left out a couple details for the opening. Keep an eye on our web site for upcoming information. Our Sales Department is beginning presale sales to build your dream home.
Fall 2007
Expected Grand Opening of Legacy Park in Perry, Ga., located off Perry Parkway next to Perry Middle School. Phase I will feature all brick homes @ 1700 sq ft minimum and starting in the high $160's.
February 2007
Opening of The Cottages @ Charlestown adjacent to Charlestown and just south of WRAFB on Hwy 247 and Sandy Run Rd. These affordable 3 and 4 bedroom homes start at $129,900.
July 2006
The official opening of sales in Charlestown. Framing began on July 17. Mark Ballard, "The Artist" will be decorating our 2 model homes in the subdivision. We are excited to be working with Mark and all of his talents as we plan for the model home Grand opening scheduled for November 14, 2006.
