C.W. Williams Homes and Neighborhoods wants to make your home purchase a pleasant experience. We invite you out to your home during construction. During that time we would like any communications to go through your representative to ensure all aspects have been communicated to the right superintendents. These are also the safest times for you to visit during construction.
We would like you to schedule visits during construction. These 4 Stages we believe will be the most beneficial for all parties:
- Rough In Inspection Stage - This is right before sheet rock.
- Set Out Stage – This is the time of plumbing, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, etc.
- Walk through & Inspection:
- This is done with your representative and our customer care representative 1 week before closing.
- Walk Through - cosmetic items such as paint touch ups.
- Inspection – to examine any structural and mechanical items.
Note: Walk through lists and Inspections reports must be submitted together as one complete list.
- Final Walk Through - This is verification that all walk through and inspection items have been completed.
